Debbie Wey, Administrative Assistant

My favorite character in the Bible: Other than my Jesus, Hannah

My life verse: Basically, Psalm 103 has been a life-saving chapter but specifically, Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases; Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies; vs 3-4

One question that I would ask God: As Mercy Me states, “I can only imagine… will I be able to speak at all?”

Something that nobody knows about me: If I knew then I would be a nobody. God tells me I’m somebody.

I am happiest when . . . now that I know my kids and grandson have a relationship with my Jesus.

The one book (besides the Bible) I’d recommend to anyone: A Lineage of Grace and Redeeming Love by Francine Rivers… ooops, that’s two… my bad.

On my iPod: I have a lot of Kathy Troccoli, Selah, and cello music with the sound of the ocean in the background.

My trademark expression: If mom ain’t happy, ain’t nobody happy.

The team I root for: Whatever team my grandson is playing on.

My proudest moment: When I saw my two sons, my daughter-in-love, and my grandson being baptized all on the same night.

My perfect childhood memory: Going to the small town where my grandmother lived, taking her dog for a walk (just the two of us), and sitting under a big oak tree on an early summer day.

In my free time . . . I love to play golf.

If I could do it over again, I . . . would have put more effort into all of school and finished college.

Three people I would want to have a meal with: My Daddy, my friend Cathy, and Curtis Stone

My favorite movie: Mr. Holland’s Opus

My favorite TV show: The Apprentice – reminds me how blessed I am to have the job I have and work with the people there.

How I would spend $1,000.00: I’d probably take $100 and get a 90 minute massage then use the rest to buy something for my kids they’d like but can’t afford.

What my last meal would be: PF Chang’s lettuce wraps and Kung Pau chicken.

I’m most excited about: Right now, being back in Kansas City and closer to my kids and grandson.

My pet peeve: When my cat spits up a fur ball on the white carpet.

I could eat . . . just about anything (but insects and okra).

My favorite vacation spot: Marriott’s Ocean Club Hotel, Ka’anapali Beach on Maui.

My passion for ministry: One-on-One Discipleship… seeing the light come on in someone when God’s Truth takes shape and starts to make sense.

My family: Mike – my loving husband of 39 years, Chris – our older son, Kevin – our younger son, Bobbi – our daughter-in-love, Logan – our teenage grandson, Ethan – our grandson coming July 2011.
