Discipleship
It is Abundant Life's desire that all people find spiritual victory in life. This can only be done by cultivating a deep relationship with Jesus Christ. The Discipleship Ministry is a strategic and systematic approach to help Christians grow in their faith, and in the knowledge and application of God's Word. Whether you've been a believer in Christ for only a few days or a number of years, the Discipleship Ministry offers you the opportunity for personal growth. It launches you on an exciting, spiritual journey that will last a lifetime!
There are two levels that you will encounter as a part of the Abundant Life's Discipleship Ministry: Discipleship I & Discipleship II.
Discipleship I
Discipleship I begins by pairing you with a mentor who will help you lay the spiritual foundation for your journey with Christ. You are given 18 short lessons outlining the fundamentals of the Christian faith based on God's Word. You and your mentor will meet weekly to discuss each lesson and encourage each other in the faith.

Discipleship II
Once finished with Discipleship I, you are ready to move on to Discipleship II. Discipleship II is a classroom setting led by Pastor Phil Hopper with open discussion that builds upon the foundational principles taught in Discipleship I. Discipleship II takes you deeper in your study of God's Word, resulting in deepening your relationship with Christ. Discipleship II meets on Wednesdays (with Pastor Phil Hopper) from 6:15-8:15 p.m. and Tuesdays (with Pastor Pat Koontz) from 6:15-8:15 p.m. (September through May).
