Loyd & Candy Jackson - Jamaica

We are truly excited about all that God is doing here in Harmons. This year we will we host over 700 mission volunteers who come serve on a short term mission trip. During the year we will build about 50 houses,  and distribute over 100,000lbs of clothes and school supplies. In a community that has 80% unemployment we will employ about 50 Jamaican for half the year.

We are excited about our new greenhouse project, the first greenhouse has been planted with 1700 sweet pepper plants that will soon be ready for harvest. The second greenhouse is now completed and will be planted in a few weeks. Each greenhouse will employ 12 families and provide additional income to help other families in the community. The most exciting news is we have a possible prospective pastor I am currently working with to discern if he is Gods man for the position. This is our biggest prayer request right now. Please pray for God’s direction as we continue this process.
